Real Andean condors can soar 5 hours without a single wingbeat, covering 200 km using only thermal currents. His battle-scavenge mechanic grows Condorix's power as the fight unfolds, similar to Hyenaxis's Bone Feast but applied in the aerial dimension. This post-defeat power scaling mirrors the graveyard-resource cards of Yu-Gi-Oh and the evolution-trigger Bakugan forms.
